Terms of Use

1. Accounts

Creating an account. Some features require you to sign in. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current.

Account security. You are responsible for activity under your account. If you think it has been accessed without your authorization, tell us immediately at safeeullahsamir1@gmail.com.

Deletion. You can ask us to delete your account and everything in it. See the Privacy Policy for what we hold and for how long.

2. Access to the Site

License. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

Restrictions. You may not: license, sell, rent, transfer, assign, distribute, or commercially exploit the Site or its content; modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from it; access it to build a similar or competing service; or copy, reproduce, republish, or transmit any part of it except as these Terms permit.

Changes. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any part of it at any time. We are not liable for doing so.

Ownership. All intellectual property rights in the Site and its content belong to Operator or its suppliers. These Terms transfer no ownership to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Feedback. If you send us feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it without attribution.

3. Your content and your data

You keep what you put in. You retain ownership of the tasks, goals, projects, notes, and other content you create in the Service.

You give us permission to operate on it. You grant us the license needed to host, process, transmit, and display your content for the purpose of running the Service, and to send it to third parties you have connected, including assistants using the MCP endpoint, as you have configured.

Your data can leave the Service. If you connect an external assistant, that assistant receives the data its tools return. What it does with that data is governed by its own terms. Read the Privacy Policy, specifically the section on AI and third-party model providers, before connecting anything.

We do not train models on your content.

4. Privacy

Your use of the Site is governed by the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy about the collection, use, or processing of personal information, the Privacy Policy controls.

5. Third-party services

The Site links to and integrates with third-party services, including WorkOS, Convex, Vercel, and calendar providers. We do not control them and are not responsible for them. You use them at your own risk under their own terms.

6. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Operator disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful code. Where applicable law requires warranties, they are limited to 90 days from your first use.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Operator will not be liable for any lost profits, lost data, or indirect, consequential, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold Operator harmless from claims and reasonable costs arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

9. Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Site. We may suspend or terminate access at any time, including for violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination do survive.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

There is no arbitration clause. Disputes are handled in the ordinary way: write to safeeullahsamir1@gmail.com first, and if we cannot settle it, the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.

11. General

Changes to these Terms. We may update them. Material changes will be announced on the Site. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept it.

Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Operator regarding your use of the Site. If a provision is unenforceable it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the rest remains in effect.
